With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Van Horn of Collegeville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Fisher and Rose Fisher (Novak). She is survived by: her husband George Van Horn of Collegeville; her children, Gerald Groff, Jr., Shawn Van Horn, Jacky Rakowski, Nicola Martineau, Shelbi Van Horn and Dakota Roeder; her grandchildren, Trey, Amelia, Jerry, Vaughn, Sophie and Valerie; her brother Glenn Fisher; and her close friend Donna Mowery.
