Smith (Flora) of Collegeville; his children, Dana Cylcewski (Raymond) of Mohnton and Mark Smith (Becky) of Collegeville; his grandchildren, Jacob Smith (Meghann), Chelsey Moore (Michael), Matthew Smith, Nicholas and Christopher Shollenberger; and his great grandchild Riley Rose Moore.
