It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay N. Pratt Sr. (Collegeville, Pennsylvania), born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pratt and Dorothy Pratt (Kelly); and his siblings, Betty Spanovich, Harlan Ray Pratt and Roger Pratt.

He is survived by: his son Steven Pratt (Melissa "Missy"); and his brother George "Bill" Pratt.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jay's memory to Meals On Wheels, 1976 E. High St., #203, Pottstown, PA 19464.
