He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smith McDade; his brothers, Michael (Judy) of Lewis, DE and Paul (Joan) of Villages, FL; his children, Kristy Curtis (Andrew) of Pennsburg, PA and Brian McDade (Susan) of West Norriton; his grandsons, Tyler Sacks (Charlotte), Brett Sacks and Connor Sacks; and his great grandchild Gabriella Sacks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
