She was predeceased by: her parent Christian H. Schmidt. She is survived by: her parent Frances L. Schmidt (Moore); her husband Jim Shields of Collegeville; her children, Brian C. Shields and Christine L.; her sister Nancy Schmidt; her sisters-in-law, Judith Shields, Winkie and VanderNeut; and her grandchildren, Gavin J. Murphy and Madison A. Murphy. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
