She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Bates and Barbara Bates (Herkness). She is survived by: her husband John D. Kercher, Jr. of Collegeville; her sons, Brant S. (Kercher) and Raun Kercher of Pottstown; her brothers, Brad Bates of Mont Alto and William A. Bates of West Melbourne; and her grandsons, Owen and Graham Kercher.
