He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Kutz, Jr. and Elizabeth B. Kutz (Yost). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Kutz (Mora); and his children, Mark Kutz (Mary Pat) of Kennedyville, MD, Reneé Blomstrom (Thomas) of Collegeville, PA, Broad Street, Philadelphia and Terry Diamond. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
