He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Ladisic and Anna Zupancic Ladisic; his wife Frances T. Miller Ladisic; his sons, Bruce Ladisic, Peter J. Ladisic and Jeffrey Ladisic; his granddaughter Brooke Ladisic; and his siblings, Julia Wiener, Rosella LaBraska, Leona Puskarich, Dolores Goblesky, Janice Yoskey, Joseph Ladisic and Marion "Merk" Ladisic.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Thompson (Charles) of Bentleyville, PA; and his sister Viola Zeigilla of Cokeburg, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
