She is survived by: her husband William Horn; her children, Billie Jo Horn of Wheeling and Ronald Horn of Washington; her grandchildren, Travis Horn (Kristin) of Cokeburg, Autumn Kita of Pittsburgh, James Horn of Washington, Heather Horn of Washington, Jennifer Chervenick (Chad) of Flagstaff, AZ and Austin Leech of Tallahassee, FL; her daughter-in-law Kim Hughes; and her sisters, Judi Hart and Linda Brazier (Ed).
