With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Shaffer Jr. of Cogan Station, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Shaffer Sr. and Emma Shaffer (Porter); and his sister Phyllis Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Arainia; his sister Faith Benway; and his children, Shelly Oeler (Rick) of Springfield, MO, Cindy Fridley (Eddie) of Staunton, VA and William H. "Bill" Shaffer III of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
