He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kepner and Eleanor Kepner (Bower); his son Michael Kepner; and his sister Ruth Buckles. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kepner (Finicle); his son Richard Kepner of Coats, Kan.; and his grandsons, Kenneth Kepner and Raymond E. Kepner.
