He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don A. Harlan and Christine L. Harlan (Shultz) of Cogan Station; his children, Dereck A. Harlan (Heather) of Balls Mills, Waylon A. Harlan (Lauren) of Selinsgrove, Brittany L. Harlan of Duboistown and Allison D. Young (Tyler) of Williamsport; his wife Shelley "Sam" Harlan (Mecum); and his brother Wayne A. Harlan.
