Tobias (Hallman); his children, Frederick "Ricky" Tobias (Ann) of Mobile, AL, Lisa Callaghan (Greg) of Mobile, AL, Robert F. Tobias (Jo Ann) of Cogan Station, Jessica Tobias of Dallas, TX and Nathan Tobias (Terra) of Williamsport; and his sister Adele B. Lynch (Ray) of Palm Bay, FL. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
