Donna L. Winter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna L. Winter of Cogan Station, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rhone and Mary Rhone (Vance); her husband Robert Winter; and her brothers, Theodore Rhone and Vern Rhone.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Winter (Barb) of Cogan Station, Robert Winter (Sherry) of Cogan Station, Rodney Winter (Stacy) of Montoursville and Deb Detrick (Rick) of Williamsport; and her sister Loy Stroble of Cogan Station. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.
