It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthann Keirn of Cochranville, Pennsylvania, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard B. Eicher and Ruth Emma Clark Eicher. She is survived by: her husband David R. Keirn; her children, Jessica (Doug Engle) of Cochranville, Gary (Sarah Johnson Keirn) of Shelley, ID and Carly (Jesse Koehn) of Atglen; and her brother Howard V. "Bill" (Trude Eicher) of Spencerville, IN.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
