Wheatley (Cochranville, Pennsylvania), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklyn Welsh and Edna Sharp Welsh; and her brother Franklyn Welsh, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jerald W. Wheatley; her children, Kimberly Wheatley Falco of Avondale, Brock Wheatley of San Angelo, TX and Blane Wheatley (Millie) of Burbank, CA; her grandsons, Vincent J. Falco, Anthony John Falco III, Jake Wheatley Falco and Garrett Wheatley; and her great grandchildren, Skye Ringgold and Talon Wheatley.
