He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kelly Griffith; his parents, Geter Griffith and Dora Schierholt Griffith; his daughter Lisa Coy; and his granddaughters, Jennifer and Kelly Coy.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin "Marty" Griffith, Jr. (Debra) of Cochranville, PA and Kimberly Osborne of Coatesville, PA; and his sisters, Gailyn Griffith Hanna of Jarrettsville, MD and Glenda Kops of Oxford, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
