With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert C Osborne of Cochranville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 14, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Osborne and Nancy M. Greer Osborne; and his brother Cordus Osborne (Corky). He is survived by: his uncle Ed Greer; his children, Martin Osborne (Melissa Ricardelli) of Quarryville and Lisa Osborne Hall (Rick) of Peach Bottom; and his siblings, Raymond Greer of Peach Bottom and Pearl Osborne Cochran (Robert) of Peach Bottom. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Eight great-grandchildren.
