He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Jackson Price and Rachel Lewis Price; his siblings, Cecil, Glenn, Paul, Bert, Fred, Locy Osborne and Fay Roark; his daughter Alesia Price Twyman; his sons-in-law, George B. Donkewicz Sr. and Ronald D. Hilton; his grandson Dwight Van Cornett; and his great grandchildren, Nick Sloan and Mark Mellinger, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Julia Barlow Price; and his daughter Mary Jane Hilton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren 11 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
