He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Gentry and Grace Lovins Gentry; and his son Andrew M. Gentry. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Clark Gentry; and his siblings, John Gentry of Oxford, Roy Gentry of McConnellsburg, Isaac Gentry, Jr. of Wytheville, VA, Annie Harpe of West Grove and Beulah Johnston of Oxford.
