With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Lee Lepley of Cochranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Lepley, Jr.; and his brother Brandon Lepley. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Warrington (Matters); his children, Lukas Lepley of Cooperstown, Savahanna Spencer of Sharon and Raychel Lepley (Jonathon) of Rimersburg; his siblings, Christopher Lepley of Cochranton, Gregory Lepley (Margo) of Cochranton, Trevor Lepley (Ingrid) of Meadville and Carla Eakin of Cochranton; and his nieces and nephews, Desiree Eakin, Morgan Eakin, Madalynn Lepley, Jade Balogh, William Lepley, Vincent Lepley, Anthony Lepley, Jim Balogh and Cody Balogh. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family c/o Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home, 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323 to help with funeral costs.
