He was predeceased by: his father Sherman A. Newman; his grandparents, Victor and June Hogue; his uncle Victor Hogue, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Carol Carlson.
He is survived by: his mother Rita M. Hogue Newman of Cochranton; his wife Tammy Newman of Cochranton; his children, Lexi Erb (Corey) of Conneautville, Billie Smock (Codi) of Cochranton, Anthony Newman of Meadville and Dylan Beach of Cochranton; his grandchildren, Claire Beach, Avereigh Erb and Cooper Smock; his siblings, Tracy Albaugh (Don) of Cochranton, Doug Newman (Jason Gertsen) of Seattle and Scott Newman (Angela) of Cochranton; his uncle Jeff Hogue (Candi Morrell) of Cochranton; and his cousins, Rick, Matt, Chris, Steve and Kevin Hogue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Meadville Moose Lodge (22669 US Hwy 322, Cochranton, PA 16314).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions to be made in Ron's memory to the Meadville Moose Lodge 2505.
