Gibson of Cochranton, Pennsylvania, born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Gibson and Helen Gibson (Hackbush). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Richard Gibson (Carolyn) of White Oak, PA and Rhonda Olds (Doug) of Cary, NC; his brothers, Malcolm Gibson (Debbie) of Millis, MA and Scott Gibson (Susan) of Millis, MA; and his grandchildren, Bart Olds (Alison) of Austin, TX, Frank Olds (Tiffany) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Jessica Marable (Kemper) of Richmond, VA and Brett Olds of Arlington, VA. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
The family has suggested that memorial tributes may be made in Dick's name to the Shriners Children Hospital, 1645 W. 8thStreet, Erie, PA 16505, or to the Fairfield Presbyterian Church, 41 Deer Creek Road, Sandy Lake, PA 16145.
