He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Steiger and Emily Geraldine Walton; his daughter Holly Steiger; his grandson Frank A. Floyd; and his brothers, Harold Steiger, Floyd Steiger and Kenneth Steiger.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Gandziarski; his stepson Max Steiger, Jr. of San Antonio, TX; his sister Cheryl Miller (Charles) of Saegertown, PA; his significant other Mike Hallas of Tidioute, PA; and also, Carrie Steiger of Irvine, PA, Ann Steiger-Mobley (Jim) of Brandon, FL, Jay Steiger (Cheryl) of Meadville, PA, Heidi Steiger of Meadville and Robbie Mumford (Nicole) of Greenville, PA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 great, great-grandchildren.
