She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence H. Shilling and Mary E. Styer Shilling; her husband Edwin Dale Peterson; her siblings, Duane C. Shilling and Edith Shuffstall; her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Shilling and Clifford Shuffstall; her stepfather William Schlachter; and her stepsiblings, Jane Gsell and William Schlachter, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Gevin (Milo) and John A. Shilling (Kay).
