She is survived by: her children, Lori Hawn (Brian) of Meadville and Robert Leonard of Alabama; her grandchildren, Ashley Hawn, Logan Hawn and Kayleigh Leonard; and her siblings, Karen Ensworth of Florida and Douglas Ferlin of South Carolina.
