He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert S. Turner and Ellen I. Turner (Caldwell); and his brother Melvin J. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Charlene I. Herman; his sons, Kenneth A. Turner, Garry L. Turner and Larry A. Turner (April); his siblings, James A. Turner (Elizabeth), Roland W. Turner and Nancy Birtciel (Robert); his sister-in-law Marilyn Clark; his grandchildren, Cody, Kyle Turner, Bradley, Brenton Turner, Austin and Lauren Turner; and his great grandchildren, Charlee and Brynley.
