He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Mook and Blanche S. Mook (Moroski); and his brother James Mook. He is survived by: his wife Katy; his children, Doug Mook (Berry) and Brianne Henderson (Kyle); his sister Inez Waybright; and his grandchildren, Zoe Mook, Kinsley Mook, Raegan Mook, Kaden Henderson and Briella Henderson.
