It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Dugan of Cochranton, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey and Leona Harvey (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Dugan Jr., Dee Ann Dugan and Michael L. Dugan; her siblings, William Harvey, Gladys Cloonan, Mary Kalchthaler, Sarah Harvey, John Harvey (Jack) and Chuck Harvey (Donna); her grandchildren, Shane Dugan (Molly Snyder), Sean Dugan, Nicole, Michael, Alysha and Kyle Dugan; and her children-in-law, Tina Dugan and Raymond Miller. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
