He is survived by: his stepdaughter Robin Fornal of Franklin; his daughter Jeanette Mason (Mark) of New York; and his siblings, Steve Fornal (Sandra) of Mansfield, Andrew J. Fornal (A. J.) and Cheryl Musheno (Frank) of Williamsport, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
