She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Anderson and Caroline Ada Spicer Anderson; and her husband Purl Thomas Mailliard. She is survived by: her son Robert A. Foulk of Cochranton; her grandchildren, Blake Foulk, Rebecca Peterson and Kimberly Foulk; and her brother Robert Anderson of Cochranton. She is also survived by her loving son, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
