He was predeceased by: his wife Linda A. Wise; and his parents, Jay H. Wise and Rhoda Trego Wise. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey A. Wise, Sr., Bradley S. Wise and Jennifer L. Mulvaney (Dustin); his siblings, Marlene Recchiuti, Ethel Munz and Tom Wise; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Wise, II, Jake, Fallon Wise, Graham Mulvaney, Kloe and Payton Sanchez.
