He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conrad Evans and Verna Snader Evans; and his former wife Mary Jane Place Evans. He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Evans, Mark W. Evans, Jon P. Evans and Deborah Keener. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
