He was predeceased by: his former wives, Kathryn Riale Hash and Doris Garris Whiteman Hash; his parents, Ivan Hash and Hazel Kennedy Hash; and his sisters, Ruth Lambert and Mary Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hopper Hash; his daughters, Sandy Crouse (Steve) of Maryland and Terry Boozer (Bob) of Gap, PA; and his stepsons, John Briggs (Ginnie) of Texas, Jerry Briggs of Parkesburg, Barry Whiteman (Marilyn) of South Carolina and Billy Whiteman (Diane) of Kinzers, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
