He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Parker and Elnora B. Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Deon Briggs of Bala Cynwyd; his grandsons, Robert Briggs and Joel Briggs; and his siblings, David T. Parker of Philadelphia, Dolores M. Davis (Tyrone) of Parkesburg and Donna M. Savage (George) of Parkesburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
