With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Schlimme DiObilda of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Schlimme and Helen Thompson Schlimme; her husband Frank "Gink" DiObilda; her sons, Daniel and Nicholas DiObilda; her son-in-law Joe Bonaduce; and her close friend John Profeto.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancie Bonaduce and Judi Baxter (Tony); her grandchildren, Nikki Bonaduce Davis (Gary), Jason Bonaduce (Larry), Nick DiObilda, Gina Langan and Rita Standring (Billy); her great grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Aubree, Isabella, Anastasia, Talia, Daniel, Dominick and Francesca; her sister Margie Bartone of Strasburg, PA; and her niece Teri Boyle.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Consolation Church (603 W 2nd Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Our Lady of the Seven Dolors Roman Catholic Cemetery.
