He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald James Krystofiak and V. Maureen Krystofiak (LaCapra); his children, Mitchell Krystofiak (Megan) of Pocomoke, MD, Matthew Krystofiak, Michael Krystofiak Pocomoke, MD and Chelsey Krystofiak Pocomoke, MD; his siblings, Mary Shull Dunkirk (David), Michelle Hamilton (Anthony), Kevin (Jennifer) and Heather Krystofiak Dunkirk; and his grandchildren, Ethan of Maryland, Elijah of Maryland, Emmett of Maryland, Emberlyn of Maryland and Evelyn of Maryland.
