He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenny, Jeff and Phil Hoffman. He is survived by: his spouse J. Elaine Kimes; his son Brian K. Hoffman of Millmont; his grandchildren, Porsche Anslinger of Hampton, VA., Bianca Hoffman of Millmont, Elena Hoffman of West Chester, Lukas Anslinger and Trenton Anslinger; and his siblings, Paul Hoffman of Strasburg and Sandy Steen of Pomeroy.
