He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Beavins and Violet Beavins. He is survived by: his wife Judy Beavins; his daughters, Anne Lannak and Susan Woltman (Michael); and his grandchildren, Jack, Abigail Woltman, Delaney, Robert Mathews, Portia and Alex Lannak. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
