He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Simmons Russell and Marian Alice Russell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Russell; his sons, Michael Todd Russell (Nathalie) and Martin Andrew Russell (Mary); and his grandchildren, Ana, Nolan and Camille.
