He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Alice Mae Quail; his wife Catherine Quail (Jackson); his children, Daytwan Quail of West Chester, Stacey Quail of Downingtown, Ronnetta Mitchell (David) of Coatesville and Richard Jackson (Christine) of Nottingham; his siblings, Brenda Spriggs of Downingtown, Catherine Quail of West Chester, Four, Anthony Quail (Dawn) of Downingtown, James Quail of West Chester, Micheal Quail of Coatesville and Todd Quail of West Chester; his grandchildren, Kaily Jackson (Christopher Robinson) of Newark, Rebecca Jackson of Elkton and Jamie Jackson of Elkton; and his great grandchild Leland Robinson of Newark. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
