He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Leroy and Mary Cox Semple; and his siblings, Lee Whitman, Charles Whitman, Jane Phillips, Richard Whitman and Roy Semple.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Semple of Coatesville; his children, Jennifer Semple of Coatesville, Matt Semple (Jennifer) of Lumberton, NJ, Samantha Semple-Williams (Warner) of Woodlyn, PA and Amanda Semple of Coatesville; his grandchildren, Christina, Stephen, Shawn, Gabrianna, Brody, Everleigh, Emma, Keeva and Caine Semple; his sisters, Barbara Reese, Sandra Cross and Emma Brooks; and his pet Vick.
