We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022, at the age of 58, Norma Jean Sibbern of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Carl and Dorothy Sibbern (Keller); her siblings, Lynda Wagman (Rick) of York, PA and Carl Sibbern (Sherry) of Highland Lakes, NJ; her nephew Ayden Sibbern; and her nieces, Erin Wagman and Cassidy Sibbern.
