She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Johnson, Sr.; her parents, Arthur Pugh and Katherine Blevins Pugh; and her brothers, Arthur Jospeh Pugh, Jr. and Lloyd David Pugh.

She is survived by: her children, Katherine H. Sensenig (Steven), Charles C. Johnson (Jennifer) and Robert W. Johnson, Jr. (Kelly); her grandchildren, Tyler Sensenig, C. J. Johnson, Emma Johnson, Kaitlyn Johnson, Nolan Johnson and Lila Johnson; her great grandchildren, Carter and Stella Sensenig; and her sisters, Nellie Jane Buhl and Betty Jean Pugh. She is also survived by friends, spending time with her children, grandkids, and great grand kids.
