He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paulukinas and Sally Kolovich Paulukinas. He is survived by: his wife Joann Pickering Paulukinas; his children, John R. Paulukinas, Jr. (Diane), Daniel R. Paulukinas (Theresa) and Lori Ann McKim (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Gregory, Ryan, Jeffrey, Paige and Brooke.
