She was predeceased by: her mother Bette Ann Bader. She is survived by: her father Arnold Gene Reynolds; her husband David Alan Johnson; her sons, Andrew, Samuel and Benjamin; and her siblings, Cindy Reynolds, Karie Reynolds, Scott Reynolds and Rodney Reynolds.
