She is survived by: her husband David A. Middleton, Sr.; her children, Susan Rodgers of Coatesville, Gene Rodgers of Frackville, PA, Jackie Wallach (David) of Philadelphia and Agnes Dutill of Philadelphia; her daughter-in-law Deanna Middleton (David Jr.) of Pottstown; and her siblings, John Dutill of Florida, Jimmy Dutill of Alabama and Emma Labron of Philadelphia.
