She is survived by: her siblings, Florence, Carol, Alfred, Loretta, Joseph, James, Phillip, Jr. and Samuel; her nephews, Jose Collaso and David Towles; her daughter Tina Elizabeth Williams Meek (William) of Lake Villa, IL; her son-in-law LeRoy Carter (Jacqueline) of Stone Mountain, GA; her daughter Cathy Burke (John) of Downingtown, PA; and her grandchildren, LeRai Carter Martin (Robert) of Chester, PA, Wesley Carter (Marisol) of Pennsville, NJ, Stacey Carter Lane of Columbia, MD and Frederick James Meek of Vernon Hills, IL. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends, whom she considered her brothers and sisters.
