She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Hatfield Welsh; her parents, Carl Hendrickson and Ethel Butler Hendrickson; her daughter Kathleen Marie Welsh Cellini; her great grandchild Hunter; and her sister Doris Whitely Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her sons, Don R. (Lisa) of Parkesburg, Randy (Patricia) of Parkesburg and Mark Welsh (Diane Ray) of Lancaster; and her brothers, Carl Jr. of West Chester, PA and Robert Hendrickson of Paradise Valley, AZ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
