She was predeceased by: her husband Vito F. Mazzio; and her parents, Owen Edward O'Neal and Estella Margaret Brosius O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Snyder (Ken), Victor (Joan), Stephen (Jennifer), Christopher and Vincent (Candace); her grandchildren, Evan (Dana), Allen, Courtney (Alex), Jonathan (Emma), Sean, Briana, Tony (Camille), Emma, Daniel, Dillon, Taryn and Alina; and her great grandchild Clara. She is also survived by six siblings.
